About us
In the heart of Jhenaidah, a transformative educational initiative is taking root. Nurunnahar Zinnatul Collegiate School (Dedicated for Girls), a project spearheaded by the Zahedee Foundation, is set to become a cornerstone of learning for students in grades 6 through 12. This institution is not just a school; it’s a vision brought to life—a vision that promises to illuminate the path of education for the youth of Jhenaidah.
On April 24, 2023, the foundation stone was laid by Mrs. Nurunnahar Zinnatul, marking the beginning of a journey towards educational excellence. The ceremony was graced by distinguished guests, including Md. Hasanuzzaman Kallal, the Secretary of the Ministry of Children and Women Affairs, who laid the foundation for the Rowshon Ara Bhaban, one of the three academic buildings named in honor of Mrs. Zinnatul’s late daughters. This gesture underscores the deep personal commitment to the project and the community.
The school is designed to cater to the educational needs of the region, offering a comprehensive curriculum that spans from grade 6 to grade 12. It aims to provide students with not only academic knowledge but also the skills necessary to thrive in an ever-evolving world. The institution’s approach emphasizes holistic development, nurturing both the intellect and character of its students. It is more than just an institution; it is a beacon of hope, a symbol of progress, and a promise of a brighter future for the youth of Jhenaidah.
