Nahida Zahedee Laboratory Building, a 4-storied spectacular laboratory building has been inaugurated on 17 November 2023 at Jashore Polytechnic Institute. Mr. Md Abraul Hasan Mojumder , DC, Jashore & Mrs. Nahida Akter Zahedee, Chairperson, Radiant Nutraceuticals has unveiled the curtain of the inauguration stone in presence of Mr. Md. Nasser Shahrear Zahedee, Chairman, Zahedee Foundation and many other distinguished guests in a festive opening ceremony. An hour-long session was held on the eve of the inauguration ceremony at the institute premises. Tens of guests, former students of the institute, guardians and present students were also present on this session.
The mechanical lab of the institute has named after Kabir Shahrear Zahedee, a former student of mechanical dept of the institute. Mr. Kabir Shahrear Zahedee donated 20-lac taka as a token of thankfulness, to upgrade the facility of the newly inaugurated Kabir Zahedee Mechanical Laboratory.
