On 4th October 2023, Panna Akhter, Israt Jahan Jhumur and Naimur Rahman Sajib were awarded for their extraordinary performances by Zahedee Foundation. Jhumur won three gold medals in badminton and Panna won a bronze medal in basketball in the Special Olympics 2023, Berlin. Sajib’s art was nominated and chosen for the Honorable Prime Minister’s Christmas and New Year’s greeting cards in 2019. Jhumur was handed 2 lakh taka, while Panna and Sajib were awarded 1 lakh taka each, handed over on 8th October 2023.
